On June 11th, 2012, the user Umbra posted transmission fifty eight in the Spreaker.com website. The transmission starts with a series of horns followed by an excerpt of The Peace Patrol. The body of the transmission contained a series of numbers.
Decoded Message[]
This message was double encrypted. First, a Vigenère cipher was used. The keyword for this message was a running key with thext from The Cave found in the ON.rar drop. After the BRAVO decryption, the message contained groups of three letters and numbers above 25, which had to be decoded using the code book compiled from the 5 different *.rar file drops as well as the annex. After decoding, the message reads:
CHARLIE ONE UMBRA CHARLIE ONE UMBRA PASSTYPE BRAVO LID FINALLY OPEN ON SUSPECT DEVICE PURPOSE NOT MADE CLEAR CUSTOM BROADCASTING DEVICE CONTAINED WITHIN CHANGED FREQUENCY AND PULSED PERIODICALLY UNUSUAL ANTENNA INSIDE NO RECEIVING DEVICES ABLE TO PRODUCE ANYTHING UNDERSTANDABLE ATTEMPTS TO DISASSEMBLE HAVE CAUSES (should be CAUSED?)
